(8-16 personen) Dit vrijstaande Herenhuis uit 1935 bevindt zich midden in het centrum van Emmen op slechts enkele minuten lopen van uitgaan, station, bos, Wildlands en het Rensenpark. Er is ruime (gratis!) parkeergelegenheid. Je huurt de gehele bovenwoning en deel van de onderwoning met eigen keuken, woonkamer, badkamers, wc's en fijne tuin. De minimale boeking is 8 personen 2 nachten. Ben je met minder? Stuur dan eerst een bericht voordat je boekt. Eindschoonmaak tegen meerprijs indien gewenst

Hospitable enjoyment (new bathroom and box springs)

Ruimte op prachtige locatie onder een rieten dak, voorzien van alle luxe. Kom bij ons voorin de boerderij heerlijk overnachten. We verhuren twee slaapkamers voorzien van boxspring bedden. Verder treft u naast de badkamer een heerlijke sauna aan. De kamers en woonruimte (>60m2) zijn voorzien van airco’s. Tegen betaling is een vijfde bed, kinderbed of kinderstoel beschikbaar. Ontbijt kunt u zelf bereiden in de keuken. Recent zijn alle bedden vervangen, badkamer vernieuwd en tuin gerenoveerd.

ArtzofNature, een nette en rustige accommodatie voor 2 of 3 personen vlakbij het centrum en aan de Emmerdennen. U kunt van 7-23u gebruik maken van de heerlijke ontspannende Jacuzzi (105 jets!) in privé badhuis, direct aan de bosrand. Inclusief badjassen en - slippers & bubbels! Station, shops en restaurants in Emmen centrum op loopafstand, evenals Wildlands-Zoo. Mountainbike- en wandelroutes starten voor de deur! Fijne studio in woonboerderij met eigen op- en ingang, parkeerplaats en tuin. Landelijk gelegen, met het bos op wandelafstand èn op nog geen 3 km afstand van het gezellige centrum van Emmen. De studio is voorzien van alle gemakken en is een prima uitvalsbasis voor mooie fiets- en wandeltochten, een dag Wildlands of winkelen in Emmen. Bij mooi weer is het heerlijk vertoeven in de eigen tuin en is het koud en guur, dan biedt de pallet kachel heerlijke warmte. Kortom, een fijne plek!!

Het vakantiehuis is geschikt voor 4 personen, gerealiseerd in sept. 2020 en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is gesitueerd aan de rand van het dorp en daardoor een unieke locatie als uitvalsbasis voor veel mooie uitstapjes in het mooie Drenthe. Een paar stappen buiten de deur en je bevindt je in het Valtherbos. Ook voor de hardlopers, wandelaars en fietsers en ATB ers onder ons liggen er mooie routes in de directe omgeving. Op het terrein bevindt zich ook de woning van de eigenaar.

Many cycling and hiking routes run through Valthe that give access to a widespread network through Drenthe and surrounding provinces. 1 child up to 4 years old can stay in the parents' room. On request, a crib/child's bed can be placed.

The cottage is within cycling distance of Wildlands Adventure Zoo, Het Veenpark and the new IJstijden Fietspad. The cottage has 5 beds, but the space is better suited for 4 people or a family with 3 small children. The 2nd bedroom is only accessible through the 1st bedroom.
