Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Emmental District

Our family of four had a pleasant stay at Yukiyo's residence. The location was advantageous and well-suited for commuting to various destinations. While we encountered a minor inconvenience with a malfunctioning washing machine, Yukiyo made commendable efforts to address the issue. The house was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. However, we encountered a challenge with the provision of garbage bags, as Switzerland utilizes taxed garbage bags and the house only provided one large bag for our five-night stay. This posed a slight inconvenience, as additional bags needed to be purchased in bulk from supermarkets. Overall, our experience was satisfactory.

Heidi’s place was a wonderful escape from the hustle bustle of modern life. Time really stands still amongst the mountains around Lungern. We had access to wonderful walks and hikes starting from the house. The house is spacious with enough space for our family of 8 to spread out. Our kids had a good time looking at the farm animals. One thing to note - The ceilings are a bit low so we had to mind our heads a bit and our elderly parents had to be careful not to stumble over the door still. Heidi was wonderfully hospitable, always willing to answer questions and accommodate requests.

We had a lovely stay at Carmelina's place and the area is just beautiful. There was nothing missing. We enjoyed the little touches when we arrived. And thank you for accepting our four-legged companions.

We had a great stay up at Wilerbädli for the second year. The location for our courses and the size make it a fantastic base. The house has a lot of character. Christian is always responsive and helpful.

The host Pierre welcomed us warmly, had already preheated the house nicely, gave us good excursion tips, took the time to explain everything to us and even had a welcome gift for us, very sweet and recommended. We stayed at Rachel’s for a week, location was perfect. Peaceful and very picturesque. We didn’t want to stay in the centre of town. This was a perfect location to visit places such as Grindlewald, Interlaken… we visited loads more.. the house is very clean. Beautiful home and was very nice to come back to after some long hikes.

The house is beautiful and clean is very good enough for 5 adults or two couples and three children of the third bed in the hall is comfortable, and a sofa of course, two bedrooms, one mammam, one open kitchen, and a full breadwinner equipped with pots in which the right of a person and in which 6 people are sufficient. The 💪👍 house is sufficient to reach the car at the door. It is necessary to reach the car at the door.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful - really a magical out of this world place!!! The views were from a fantasy book. The chalet was perfect, we enjoyed tremendously!!!!!

We had a lovely stay at Rüeggisberg, close to Freiburg and Bern, and also to Thun and the mountains. Leonie and Florian were welcoming and helpful. The apartment is spacious and clean, well equipped. It is part of a farmhouse on a working farm in an idyllic setting - expect to hear the cows and sheep! The separation of the cosy kitchen/dining area (Klosterstubli) from the living/sleeping area is a little unusual, but brings you closer to life on the farm.

This bungalow is simply an absolute gem. Every detail in this house is a testament to a lot of love and style. We felt totally comfortable and welcome right away So the hot tub was already heated and ready for us. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, everything is there. Furthermore, the comfortable sofa invites you to cozy evenings and later a very comfortable bed awaits you. Fabienne is a warm host who communicates proactively and is very generous. I'm sure we'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was amazing and exactly as listed. The hot tub had a perfect view of the mountains.

We were looking for something quiet and also found it in this nice apartment. It is homely and you can enjoy a great view towards Engstligenalp and Lohner. The walking distance to the village is absolutely doable. We felt right at home. In summer, the terrace with the pool is certainly a hit.

We had a great time in this apartment. Located in a peaceful environment, it offers an ideal location: only a 10-minute drive from Interlaken and 30 minutes from many mountain activities. The apartment is perfectly equipped, clean and has a modern and very functional kitchen. Martin and Sophie are caring and warm hosts, always available to meet our needs. very tasteful apartment in old Emmental house. Great reception with stocked fridge. Uncomplicated key drop-off. Immediately in the countryside - great with dog.

Beatrice is very welcoming. The gite is convenient but requires a 4×4 to access it. you have to know how to control the wood stove to heat up. We recommend this cottage for a change of scenery.

We had a wonderful stay at Stöckli during the Christmas days. The Stöckli has plenty of space and is comfortably furnished. It has everything you need. The surrounding area is very nice and invites you to walk. We and the kids enjoyed it very much. Communication with Claudia was very good. Thanks for everything!

Nice place to stay. The high ceiling, fire pit and time-honored beams gave the studio a lot of charm. The tiled floor was cold in winter. Don't forget slippers.

This place is a little slice of paradise and a real adventure. Definitely the coolest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The location is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. It was also really fun taking the cable car up and everyone at the farm was so friendly. Such a fun experience all around. Highly recommended if you want to get away from it all but still sleep in a warm, comfortable bed at night.

We had a great stay in Switzerland! The place is really homey, have a complete kitchen ware, and easy to locate!
