You have a particularly unobstructed view over the meadows, forests and a lot of privacy. You have the opportunity to enjoy the outside in the seat in peace. In the immediate vicinity are the "Haus am See" [Lake House], a SAMsDIVING diving base, the beautiful Graefenthal Abbey, a nature reserve with several lakes and forest. In summer you can enjoy the tranquility and atmosphere in the outdoor area. In the immediate vicinity is the Kernwasserwunderland, the historic city center of Kalkar, Moyland Castle, the Roman city of Xanten and Anholt Castle.

We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.
