Welcome to Tittmoning, an idyllic small town on the Salzach. Lake Leitgeringer is 5 minutes away by car. The 66 m² new apartment is within walking distance of the historic old town and is very quiet (dead end). It is a new building (hillside house), the garden is not yet completely finished. If that does not bother you, then we are very much looking forward to seeing you. Food is provided by supermarkets, a butcher shop, several bakers, and restaurants.

Then relax on the terrace overlooking the countryside and 'heaven and hell' baked by the Bäckerei Schönstetter. After a wonderful sleep in the box spring bed, you can pamper yourself in the breakfast cafe across the street. ;))

Be a guest in my single-family home. I am present in the evening and at night, otherwise 3 cats live here. All communal facilities such as bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room with TV, fitness room and a large garden are at your disposal. Your room has a 140 cm wide bed. Tüßling is known for its concerts and garden days in summer, as well as the Christmas market. A bus stop and a train station are within a few minutes' walk.
