Burghausen`s Old Town is reachable in few minutes by feet, car or bike, also the Wöhr-Lake with its bathing beach. (about 2km) Salzburg is reachable by car in under an hour.

The wash house

The washhouse is located on the Schacherbauer farm overlooking the orchard. It is minimalist, but high quality and lovingly furnished, with shower, toilet, large comfortable sofa bed, ample storage space and a large terrace. The new wood-burning sauna can be used at an additional cost. (up to 6-8 people) On the farm there are numerous animals, a café and a shop. Both are open on Friday afternoon. Be a guest in my detached house. I am present in the evening and at night; otherwise, 3 cats live here. All communal facilities, such as the bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room with TV and a large garden, are at your disposal. Your room has a 140 cm wide bed. Tüßling is known for its concerts and the garden days in summer, as well as the Christmas market. A bus stop and a train station are within a few minutes' walking distance.

The Reisermühle. In the middle of nature.

We rent out the annex on our farm. We live here with our two children and have miniature pigs, sheep, chickens and cats. There is a beautiful stream on our property, where you can go on great stream walks through the forest. There is a swimming lake about 600 metres away. It is 5 minutes to Altötting, 45 minutes to Munich and about 1 hour by car to the mountains.
