Welcome to Tittmoning, an idyllic small town on the Salzach. Lake Leitgeringer is 5 minutes away by car. The 66 m² new apartment is within walking distance of the historic old town and is very quiet (dead end). It is a new building (hillside house), the garden is not yet completely finished. If that does not bother you, then we are very much looking forward to seeing you. Food is provided by supermarkets, a butcher shop, several bakers, and restaurants.

The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Be a guest in my single-family home. I am present in the evening and at night, otherwise 3 cats live here. All communal facilities such as bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room with TV, fitness room and a large garden are at your disposal. Your room has a 140 cm wide bed. Tüßling is known for its concerts and garden days in summer, as well as the Christmas market. A bus stop and a train station are within a few minutes' walk.

Tiny House Larch

On the Schacherbauerhof with a view of the orchard are our four tiny houses. They are minimalist, but high-quality and lovingly furnished with shower, toilet, large double bed, ample storage space and a beautiful terrace. The new wood-burning sauna can be used for an extra charge. On the farm, there are numerous animals, a café and a shop. Both are open Friday afternoon. The adjacent forest invites you to take a walk.
