Beautifully renovated villa by the ocean located just north of downtown Encinitas in the beach community of Leucadia. Just a half block from the ocean making it a short walk to three local beaches - Grandview, Beacons, and South Carlsbad. Encinitas rated one of the Top 20 Best Surf Towns in the World by National Geographic. Enjoy a spacious, open living area with a full kitchen, dining area, and entertainment room. Large outdoor patio for dining al fresco surrounded by lush landscaping. Bedrooms have queen beds with luxurious sheets, TV, and sliding doors to the back yard, patio area. Large, designer bathroom with bathtub/shower. Also has a sleeper sofa in the main living area and adjacent beautifully designed full bath. Villa furnished with touches of Mozambique and artwork from local artists. The beaches of Leucadia are located below steep vertical cliffs which are accessible via well maintained stairways, making them relatively secluded and frequented by locals. South Carlsbad beach has restrooms, showers, and volleyball. Leucadia beaches are known for great surfing, so if you are looking for some great waves without the crowds, these beaches are a good bet. Bring your board or use boogie boards and beach chairs provided. Five minute drive to famous Moonlight Beach which has consessions, playground, restrooms with showers, and volleyball. Explore the unique flavor this artsy community has to offer with it's many little restaurants, coffee shops, galleries, and boutiques. Most within walking distance along Hwy 101. Come enjoy everything that Encinitas has to offer and live like the locals! It’s like staying at a friend’s place without feeling like you are invading their space! Very peaceful, clean and perfectly located between beach (with great restaurants and boutiques) and El Camino Real (where all the big shops are located). Your own private entrance with parking right in front of the gate. A private studio with newly remodeled spa-like bathroom. Attached to our home - but completely private.

Our cozy cottage has a studio area with a queen bed, and a private room with a double bed..comfortably sleeps 3 adults or a couple with 1 or 2 children. Quiet and sweet. Walk to Swami's beach or drive to Moonlight Bch. There is a step from the main bedroom into the dining area. Also from the cottage to the back patio. If you have friends and family in the area, you must meet them off the property...there are many restaurants and in town for meet ups with family and friends.
