Monthly Rentals in Encounter Bay

Check in was easy, Marg was very accommodating. Location was great for our busy few days w friends in VH. We enjoyed our stay.

Graham's place is outstanding with cleanliness and views. Only downfall was the internet, it's very slow. But I don't believe that's Graham's fault, other people in the area have issues with internet and 4G network.

Great place to stay over the weekend! Very clean + cosy and aircon works well on hotter days! Super close to the beach and parks around the area - would definitely stay again.

We loved every part of our stay at Joanne & Damien’s house in Encounter Bay. It was a beautiful, clean, and comfortable home with everything we needed and more for a relaxing long weekend away with the family. The layout of the home was perfect and catered well to our extended family. There was a high chair provided and books and toys to entertain our toddler, as well as a large enclosed garden for our dog to run around. All the little details had been thought of including plenty of toiletries, towels, and bedding, and food recommendations. The location was perfect- peaceful but also within walking distance of the beach, shops and cafes. Joanne & Damien were wonderful hosts and were friendly, responsive and welcoming. We couldn’t recommend this stay more and we will definitely be back in the future!
