From the sunny balcony, you have a magnificent view. The Romanesque village of Ardez and the surrounding area offers many recreational and sports activities in summer and winter (river rafting, hiking, horseback riding, climbing, skiing, cross-country skiing, sledding and ice skating, etc.)

The house is located between the village square and church very central but absolutely quiet. The apartment on the upper floor is suitable for 4 people. Central heating is available. The fireplace in the living area can also be heated with wood. In the large kitchen-living room with full amenities, 6 people can comfortably sit at the table. From the adjoining balcony there is a fantastic south-facing view of the mountains.

Our apartments are located in the complex of the Tulai holiday park. The building consists of 113 apartments. We have 10 apartments (all facing south) which we have completely renovated in recent years. The studio offers more than 50 m² of generous space for 2 people. They are modern and tastefully decorated and invite you to relax and enjoy.
