Guests planning to drive are advised not to book, as there are no free parking spaces nearby!!!And the house is located in the ancient city conservation area, vehicles are prohibited from entering!!!Our house is located on one of the most picturesque old streets in the heart of Alicante, a must-visit Instagram spot. It stands halfway up the hill of Santa Barbara Castle, overlooking the sea, where the spring blossoms.Guests who are elderly or infirm, or who are travelling with young children, are kindly requested not to book, as there are steps and steep slopes!!!Our house has two rooms without separate windows facing the outside, but this does not affect ventilation. Guests with special requirements regarding windows, please do not choose this house!!!The house has a living room with a transparent glass door, so you can see the sea from the living room!One kitchen and one bathroom with a shower.The property is a self-contained ground-floor dwelling that has been renovated.We guarantee that we will thoroughly clean and change the bedding every time.The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine and other basic kitchen utensils.Four large towels and two small towels are provided in the bathroom.The house is located on a higher hillside below the castle, with a very beautiful view. However, it may not be suitable for elderly and frail guests or guests with babies, as there are dozens of steps.From the stairs of the street, you can reach the highest part of the majestic Santa Barbara Castle, overlooking the whole city, ten minutes down is the charming beach, the cathedral, the city hall........It is strongly recommended that guests take a taxi directly to the street entrance of the property, which is less than 100 metres from the property in a straight line!If you walk there, the navigation might be a bit unclear!!!

LGBTQ friendly, Traditional Alpujarran house of 80 sq m set in paradise garden and orchard of 3000 sq m, located just outside Bubion village, short walk to neighbouring village, Capileira. Ancient mulepaths lead in all directions directly from the house. Perfect location for hiking, riding, cycling or relaxing in pure mountain air. Eagles, bee-eaters, and wild ibex can all be seen from the garden. Legally I can only rent to 3 guests (although there are 2 double beds). WiFi for working.
