1 hour from Paris (car or train + bike) between Maintenon and Nogent-le-Roi, a magnificent and spacious wooden house where you can recharge in the greenery. The house is fully equipped and perfectly located to explore the Royal Valley of the Eure region. You are surrounded by castles, parks, and just a stone's throw away from the Natural Park of the Chevreuse Valley. There's nothing better than rejuvenating by the fireplace in a very comfortable house that has all the charm of a wooden chalet.

Far from the roads and the hustle and bustle, it is a 2-hectare green setting, set with majestic oaks, bordered by a stream and punctuated by a small pond.

A car will collect you from PARIS MONTPARNASSE at 1:15 pm. We are 10 minutes from COURVILLE-SUR-EURE train station. Do you want nature, wellness and relaxation without going too far? We offer a getaway 1h30 from Paris, in our duplex wooden cabin, perched in the trees, between 5 and 8 meters high, above a small pond. You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.

Discover the charm of a 50 m2 self-contained accommodation in an elegant house. A cocoon in the middle of nature that can accommodate up to 6 people. Ideally located on the Véloscénie path, 1.5 hours from Paris, between Versailles and Chartres, this lovely accommodation will allow you to enjoy a peaceful environment in the countryside. You can enjoy beautiful walks a few steps from the house, or discover the most beautiful French sites.

Quiet house and charming village

Beautiful house located in the center of the village of Epernon and yet quiet with its view of the washhouse. Ideally located 10 min walk from the train station (direct to Paris Montparnasse in 45 min) and 15 min from the A10 highway. Many walks are possible around, as well as bike rides almost without a car. Moreover, everything you need is within walking distance, including quality producers. Musicians are welcome, as are cyclists =)

At the home but independent, upstairs bedroom of a small annex next to our house. 7-minute walk to Épernon station (40 minutes from Paris by train) Quiet, on the edge of the woods. Beautifully decorated, this charming attic room, refurbished, has a shower room with bath towels. An espresso machine is also available as well as a kettle and tea. Outside, a small table and 2 chairs to enjoy your breakfast or relax.

Ecurie de la Maltorne

Former Beauceronne farmhouse, very quiet with a large garden in the village of Saint Lucien, 20 minutes from Rambouillet, 35 minutes from Chartres and 50minutes from Versailles. You will have a building of this farmhouse, garden, 2 bedrooms each with its double bed, bathroom and toilet, equipped kitchen, dining room and living room kitchen. This house will seduce you with its old charm and neat decoration.

The Beautiful Cottage

Guest House fully available, located in the annex of our main house. We are happy to share our garden with you, in addition to a private terrace. Only 1 hour from Paris, our beautiful cottage will allow you to enjoy a peaceful environment in the countryside. You can enjoy beautiful walks in the forest a short walk from the house, and discover the many equestrian centers and cultural places nearby.
