Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. At the home but independent, upstairs bedroom of a small annex next to our house. 7-minute walk to Épernon station (40 minutes from Paris by train) Quiet, on the edge of the woods. Beautifully decorated, this charming attic room, refurbished, has a shower room with bath towels. An espresso machine is also available as well as a kettle and tea. Outside, a small table and 2 chairs to enjoy your breakfast or relax.

Ecurie de la Maltorne

Former Beauceronne farmhouse, very quiet with a large garden in the village of Saint Lucien, 20 minutes from Rambouillet, 35 minutes from Chartres and 50minutes from Versailles. You will have a building of this farmhouse, garden, 2 bedrooms each with its double bed, bathroom and toilet, equipped kitchen, dining room and living room kitchen. This house will seduce you with its old charm and neat decoration.

The Beautiful Cottage

Guest House fully available, located as an annex to our main house. We will be happy to share with you our garden, in addition to a private terrace. Just 1 hour from Paris, our beautiful cottage will allow you to enjoy a peaceful environment in the countryside. You can enjoy beautiful walks in the forest a few steps from the house, and discover the many equestrian centers and cultural places nearby.
