The living space is located on the first floor, accessible from the courtyard via a staircase, and from the garden through the terrace overlooking the river. This place is a haven of nature in a very peaceful environment. 5-minute drive from Noyers-sur-Serein, one of the most beautiful villages in France.

Not to mention the cellars to visit and the Chablis to taste.

The Perched House

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

Ancien Hôtel particulier de 1850, avec beaucoup de caractère et d’histoire ou un ancien président venait y séjourner.  À 1h47 du centre de Paris, trajet direct depuis la gare de Bercy. Le logement est équipé d’une terrasse, transats et braséro servant de barbecue, boulangerie, tabac, restaurants et supérette à 2 minutes à pied.

Come and relax in our charming maisonette in the heart of the viticultural village of Epineuil. Located minutes from Tonnerre, this charming village serves all amenities. A few minutes away: SNCF train station, Burgundy Canal, shops ... Our place is fully equipped for your comfort. An upstairs double bed and a small sofa bed that sleeps two children, for example. Also enjoy the terrace on sunny days, but also to store bikes.
