Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Epping Forest District

Glyn’s house was just as the listing said. It was very comfortable and perfect for our family with 4 children. Even with 4 little ones it was within easy walking distance to both train station and bus stops. Glyn was friendly and helpful and gave some great suggestions on things our children would enjoy doing in London. I’d stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Harriet’s Airbnb! The house was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was perfect for our family with two young children. Harriet was a wonderful host—proactive, friendly, and provided super clear instructions along with a really useful welcome pack full of great local tips. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay for Christmas with the in-laws. Matt was very responsive and helpful before the booking and throughout. The house is lovely and even nicer than the photographs. The communal space is spacious and well set out. It was very cosy and ideal for hosting the family. We couldn’t recommend more highly!

Absolutely top. Warren was very welcoming when showing us around the place was in great condition and exactly as shown. Bedrooms all had TVs and Kitchen was well stocked for extras coffee sauces and condiments and bathrooms had soap towels and extras if you forgot something. 100% would stay again.

It's a spacious apartment at a very good location. 5 mins walk to the tube station, direct train to Tottenham Court station. The house is very warm. We had a comfortable stay and had recommended it to our friends.

I have stayed there before since it's close to my daughter's house. It's a great place to stay, comfortable, easily accessible, high street is 3 blocks away. Eryn is a great host!

A tastefully decorated and spacious apartment with great views of the city and even better transport links. Includes all you’ll need on a short or medium stay in London - with a well stocked kitchen, a modern toilet and a homely living room. Great for homebodies or if you’re attending a festival / event in London. The Victoria line is just a minute away and there are plenty of buses nearby. Tesco is just a few steps down the road and there is also a shopping mall 5 minutes away. The only downside would be no fan - which is not something negative about the place but more so climate change! Jan, the co-host, was lovely to meet and a great conversationalist. The apartment is in the middle of London, on a beautiful and quiet street. The house is very well maintained, and although the path to the 4th floor is a bit challenging, the ascent is absolutely worth it! The apartment corresponds exactly to the pictures – everything is sparkling clean and well equipped. There's nothing missing, and the high-quality furnishings create a real feel-good atmosphere. Especially pleasant: in the bathroom there are even Rituals products. Beatrix always responded very quickly and solution-oriented to our questions. We felt completely comfortable. This place is a 10/10 – we will be happy to come back and can fully recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at Jacob’s flat near Paddington Station! As a family of four with young kids, it was the perfect home base for our London trip. The location was unbeatable — just a short walk to Paddington Station, which made it incredibly easy to get anywhere in the city. The neighborhood felt very safe, and being close to Hyde Park was a huge bonus for family walks and letting the kids play. The flat itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We had plenty of room to spread out, and everything was well-maintained and clean. It truly felt like a home away from home. Jacob was an excellent host. Communication was prompt, clear, and helpful, which made our entire experience smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend this flat and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to London!
