Il se situe dans le centre ville de Châteaubriant, à 5 minutes à pied de la mairie et de l’étang de Choisel, 10 minutes à pied du château et proche des voies vertes (régalante). Malgré la proximité du centre ville , la rue est très peu passante et très calme. Vous disposerez d'un parking privé devant le studio et d'un petit espace extérieur.
