How Suite It Is-2 bedrooms

This 600 square-foot basement level suite has windows in both bedrooms and the family room. It is completely private from the rest of the house and includes 2 bedrooms, a family room with wet bar, toaster, coffee maker, 2 small refrigerators and a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub. There is also a 51" TV and wireless internet access. We welcome all ages, including infants (we even have a Pack and Play!) and all ethnicities. Also, we DO give refunds for cancelled flights!

Enjoy our beautifully renovated historic home in Old Town Lafayette, known as the Peace Sign House. Stay in the main suite, which is completely separate from the rest of the house by a locked door. It has its own private entrance, bathroom & AC, as well as a small kitchenette with a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is a queen bed & a cot available, as well as ample street parking. All are welcome.

You'll find that the mattress, sofa sleeper and, well, most everything is brand new. We're situated between Rocky Mountain National Park and Denver, with Boulder being our closest neighboring town. -Children under the age of four not permitted due to open stairwell.
