It is a 40-minute drive to DIA, 30 minutes to Brighton and the Wild Animal sanctuary is just 10 minutes away.

Frederick is well known for being one of the safest cities in Colorado multiple years running! It’s quiet and relaxing. I do a lot of writing and the peace is great.
