The swimming pool, located 20 meters from the house and 10 meters from the sea, and shared with 8 other houses, overlooks the cove of Cala Corral.

"Can Cuqueta" the western zone of the property composed by two independent houses, side to side, with their own entrance and independent access to the shared swimming pool. The interior slightly modern style fused with the typical local “Ibizenco” architecture combines in a way to give the house its own character. It´s build to the highest standards eco friendly materials, with natural cork isolation planks inside the 50cm walls of thermal-clay blocks with white cement and lime.
