Our house is very quiet and private right on the edge of the center on Tarmac road/free parking.

Perfect base for Granada, beaches, Alpujarra, skiing and local restaurants. Great weather all year round. Paradise for hiking, cycling, lazing around pool or remote working. Good WiFi. The nearest beach is only half an hour away and nearby cities like Granada, Malaga and Cordoba are very easy one day trips. Enjoy the quietness of authentic rural Spain!

It is a spacious one bedroom seafront apartment, located in the popular area of San Cristóbal Beach in Almuñécar. The apartment has all the facilities with modern decoration. It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

You will love my place because it is a penthouse with incredible views of the Alhambra from its wonderful terrace. It is located in the Paseo de los Tristes, that is, in the lower part of the Albaizin.
