Private courtyard garden with hot tub, table & chairs & bbq area 2x TV’s, Stairs down to basement. We love being by the sea and so will you.

Hidden Gem overlooking the sea . 1 minute walk to old Leigh bars , pubs and restaurants. As close to the beach as you can be. Modern decor with a log fire and a 7 seater Hot tub to enjoy the beautiful views of Leigh on Sea. New MicroCement Tiled Bathroom with Bath and Shower. The property will sleep 5 people comfortably it offers one large room with a king size bed. A single room with single bed and a large cozy sofa bed. Not a better spot for a trip away or a holiday in the area.

You come out of your front door turn to the right and you can see the sea a stones throw away with its own single parking space round the back . It has two large bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people . Beautiful all year round !
