It is a great place to visit with the picturesque canal walk where beautiful Thames Barges can often be seen, the Sea Wall walk past the lake Nature Reserve into Maldon or to the Marina. There are good pubs and the famous Tiptree Tee Rooms at the Sea Lock. The owners have built a lovely decking to enjoy the peaceful views across the garden and over the Lake. Charming cottage with views of the river Orwell

Bugg Cottage is a cosy place, even though the name might suggest otherwise, we’ll make sure it’s cobweb free, ready and inviting. Situated down a peaceful lane with views of the River Orwell. The village pub offering good food a 3 min walk, nearby the marina and café. Plenty of footpaths to discover and explore with beautiful country lanes for whizzing around on bikes. It is a great setting to just relax or base for discovering the surrounding areas and the best Suffolk has to offer.
