Holiday rentals with a patio in Estaleiro

Extremely attentive, careful, always mindful of details from initial communication to closure of stay. Sensational apartment, well located, close to the beach, supermarkets, pharmacies and with everything that is needed not only for a timely holiday accommodation, but also to live quietly for months! Super comfortable, clean, with the heated and exclusive pool of the apartment that is a very good differential, garage space that no one will bother by hitting your car or locking you in the spot, for sure when I return to BC I will return to the same place!

Simple apartment, but it met our needs. Everything is very clean and organized. Marcelo always ready to meet us in some need beyond what the apartment offered. Certainly a location that we indicate.

Dani has a very well located apartment in Porto Belo. Close to the beach, you can walk on the sand. Clean and organized apartment. I recommend it...

We took a small apt, as we were a couple , but they have other larger ones. We were very well served by the family of Residencial Batista. We were guided by the places, beaches nearby, we were able to do several things on foot. We will certainly be back. Gratitude.

Excellent stay. Lorenna is a host who fulfills her role with excellence. Excellent property, as shown in the photos. We had some setbacks with the garage, but it was as described in the listing, so overall, a 10. We hope to return next year!!

Totally quiet street. very good to sleep no noise . Raquel quickly answers the messages . I liked it too much, I intend to come back next year .

Genakarlo was very kind and helpful during the stay. It made us comfortable for check in and check out, always helping in everything we need. The house has a great living area, with barbecue and swimming pool and ample space. For weekend with friends, excellent, I recommend.

There were two great ones, we arrived his Cláudio was waiting for us, very sweet and friendly, the house was clean and very neat, we felt at home, everything was very quiet, we loved the place, the house, everything.

Casa marvelous, complete and functional, we felt at home, we loved the part of the pool, the water was always warm which was a differential in those days that were cloudy, the children enjoyed a lot. We'll be back for sure, more than our expectations.

Our stay was super quiet from the delivery of the house to the last day ! The host is very attentive and explained everything to us very well ! The house is beautiful , comfortable and highly equipped ! All rooms are clean and comfortable ! Kitchen has everything we need and has served us very well ! The location is great close to the beach and to enjoy a lot ! There is a bakery market nearby which made our days much easier! Thank you for your attention whenever we need we have been served!

The hostess is wonderful, a great person to talk to, I felt at home, the apartment is very detailed, super beautiful and what I liked most was the blue decoration he brings, she thought of every detail in this space. The location is also very good, Avenida Brasil is a centralized avenue here and has many things to enjoy, and from here to the beach is not even 5 minutes walking, so it really is very good this location. If you walk you will see places of easy access and great to delight in the cuisine of this place, it was wonderful, I liked it too much and I will vote soon!!!

The condominium is familiar, had all the items announced, a place near the beach of Laranjeiras, Estaleirinho, Balneário Camboriú and easy access to BR101. Everything was clean, impeccable. Rodrigo was super attentive. Would recommend.
