Our accommodation called "Le Bruilhois" is located in the beautiful village of Aubiac, very warm and colorful, quiet, whether you are 2 or more, for one night or more, very well located 4 km from the exit of Autoroute et agen, 20 km from Gers, 20 minutes from Nérac, 5 minutes from Walibi, region rich in heritage and gastronomy. 11th century Romanesque church and family castle restored to reception rooms very popular for hosting seminars and wedding receptions. Simplifiez-vous la vie dans ce logement paisible et à proximité du centre ville d'Agen en 10min à pied en empruntant la passerelle et à 5min du pont canal. Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.
