Villa n°5 located in the small town of Les Avirons in the south of the island offers two luxury studios for six people 7 minutes from the Etang-Salé beach and its black sand and 5 minutes from the Golf. The Pineapple studios 22m2 and Pitaya 15m2 bright with sea views from the terrace. The villa is located on a wooded lot in a very quiet area not overlooked, at an altitude of 280m. A 27m2 natural stone swimming lane awaits you with crystal clear water at 30°.

Located 500 m Alt, 15 min from the black sand beach by car, this charming 3-room apartment, newly equipped, 50 m². The apartment consists of a living room (a sofa, a flat screen) which overlooks the equipped kitchen (induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine and Senseo machine). Two double bedrooms, a shower room (linens), a toilet and a covered terrace with a table and chairs. Capacity for 4 people. Our rental is an annex to our main house.
