A cozy, lovingly furnished studio apartment with elevator in the heart of Karlsruhe. About 39 m². There is no better large. A variety of cafes, restaurants and shopping. There is even a Rewe supermarket open until midnight within walking distance. Museum, library, cinema and city garden for art and culture lovers can also be found just a little further away. In the city center but also very quiet with the windows facing the backyard. Public transport is 1 minute away from the front door. Parking is also no problem.

Sophies Villa liegt in einem Hinterhof, mitten in der Stadt. Im unteren Wohnbereich findest du eine Couch, die man ausziehen kann, einen Tisch und 2 Stühle, TV und einen kleinen Küchenbereich. Über eine steile Treppe gelangt man in den Schlafbereich und zum Bad. Da die Treppe sehr steil ist, ist sie nicht für Menschen geeignet, die in ihrer Bewegung eingeschränkt sind. Diese Unterkunft ist auch nicht für Kinder und Kleinkinder geeignet, es keine Sicherheitsabspeerungen im oberen Bereich gibt.
