Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Euboea

We had an uncomplicated and pleasant stay in the apartment. The nearby large street is a bit noisy at night, but the location in Kypseli is great! Thank you so much for everything! :)

Great apartment. Beautiful, big, comfortable, fully equipped. It has everything we needed and much more. A spacious living room where we sat in the evening after hiking, a projector and a screen on which we saw movies and a large kitchen where it is comfortable to cook. The apartment was very pleasant. Many cupboards where we could store the stuff. The owners were extremely nice. Always available for questions and was easy and convenient to communicate. Located 10 minutes from the heart of Athens . In the streets leading from the apartment to the center there are cafes where we sat quite a bit, super soups, pharmacies and pastry shops. For us it was a great fit.

Where to begin. Fantastic hostess, family are so sweet and make sure everything is taken care of to make your stay comfortable. Location is perfect, very central with amazing sea views. Apartment is spotless and highly refurbished with all mod cons. The is a supermarket is literally around the corner, with a great selection for fresh produce. There is a bus stop that runs frequently to Athens so you can explore the history of the acropolis. The pool is owned by the cafe, however, if you make aware to George you are staying at the apartment and so long as you are buying drinks, they will waiver the fee. Great food, great atmosphere. Very clean place, eating out costs roughly 60-100 euro for a family of four including two alcoholic drinks. Overall, immense value for money and the hostess was an absolute gem, nothing was ever a problem. Quick responses. 5/5 We can’t wait to stay again ☺️

Angeliki’s home is beautiful, peaceful and exactly what our family of five needed during our stay in Athens. The location is perfect for walking to sites and wonderful and diverse restaurants. Angeliki greeted us on arrival, walked us through everything we needed to know and was immediately responsive for any questions of the home or her city. We will be back to her home when in Athens again!

The view alone makes it worth it! Great location, clean and comfortable apartment. The host really went above and beyond to make it an amazing stay. The only thing to remember for guests is that such a lively location comes with noise. A price I was happy to pay for an unforgettable trip.

Our stay at Ioanna's apartment was great. We stayed for several weeks and from the very first moment we felt at home. Quite quiet apartment building and quiet neighborhood, with good access to all known parts of Athens. Good transportation, metro is just around the corner, even walking access to the center is easy. The communication with Ioanna was very good and we appreciated that she had foreseen every detail to feel comfortable from the first day, in an apartment that had everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. Location was great, just 2 minutes by walk to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Paul was kind and responsible, we were always in touch during the stay Staying in Piraeus and breathing the sea is much more better than staying in Athens and it is only 20 minutes!

Perfect stay! The apartment felt welcoming also had a clean aura and energy to it , the hosts are very responsive and nice. The neighborhood is serene and welcoming, conveniently situated in the city center with easy access to every touristy spots and attractions. 100% an amazing stay.

I had a great stay at this studio! The location was fantastic—quiet area with easy access to both the metro and the airport. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-furnished, making it feel like a comfortable home away from home. The host was excellent, very friendly, and the communication throughout was seamless. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, though the only downside was that the studio shared a door with another space, so I could hear some noise from the other guests.

This property beat all expectations, it was more beautiful than it looked in the photos and has clearly been thoroughly thought of when renovating. The furnishings are beautiful and the amenities are just everything you need and more. I can’t wait to go back and stay again.

Didima is a beautiful little village in a perfect location! The house is perfectly situated in the town so that everything is walkable. There is so much to do! Many taverns and bars, a beautiful beach 5 mins away, cool caves to explore! Highly recommend. The house itself was easy to find thanks to the clear instructions, and the check in was flexible to suit us. The house is nice and cold - perfect for keeping cool in summer I'd imagine! It's simple and cosy, just like the pictures. The locals are super friendly and welcoming too, we felt right at home! We chose Didima on a whim, but it turned out to be one of the best places we visited in Greece!

Great value stay in Athens.

Very comfortable stylish and spotless house! Although we had a short stay we immediately felt the warmth and serenity of this home. Our host Irini was very helpful and prompt in her responses. . Our daughter loved the house bed, so many toys, and the crib in the yard. The amenities of the house are also impressive as there is everything and more that someone might need during their stay. Things we could never have imagined mostly in the amenities for families like, intercom, high chair, baby bath, and more. But the biggest surprise was the projector in the living room! We relaxed watching a movie in the evening, it was the perfect closure of our day. Thank you so much for your hospitality, we hope to find the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home again soon! We loved the house, very clean and beautiful! The garden is also very beautiful and Katia prepared for us everything we needed! She was very helpful and kind. We can't wait to come back! Everything was amazing!

Lovely flat, lovely owner! We stayed here as a family of four for a week in Athens and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The location was so convenient, everything is within easy walking distance. There was a lot of choice for Airbnbs in Athens and I picked this flat for location, it’s balcony (wider than quite a few listed), and the fact that it has two bathrooms (with four of us, this was essential). Tatiana was always reachable, arranged transport to and from the airport, and arranged for clean towels half way through the stay. She also gave us a very kind food platter, which was so thoughtful. Couldn’t rate it higher!

I stayed for a month, and all in all, I have enjoyed the place so much. It comes prepared with everything you might need during your stay, and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, machines and spcies. Dimitrios and his wife were very kind and friendly, they even offered me a ride to the place and showed me the local supermarket and shops. Since I did not have a car, they offered me a city bike that I can go to the center which was about 15-20 mins away on foot. Dimitrios was also very responsive to answer my questions and any problems I faced It was a good retreat for some peaceful and calm time away from the city life. A thing I did not particularly like, however, was that apart from the outdoor cameras (for security), there was an indoor one looking at the living room; while I am not sure if it was live or recording, it was definitely plugged in - I didn't appreciate the lack of privacy. However, generally, I would definitely recommend the place for booking

The stay all around was wonderful. Ioanna is proactive, clear in her instructions, and flexible. The location is really ideal, in terms of the ease of getting there from the airport (by metro) and its walking proximity to all the attractions. The Acropolis museum is literally around the corner. The loft studio with a verdant veranda had all the comfort and the charm (loved the wooden staircase, several amber vintage windows) . Any outside noise was nicely muted by the strong glass veranda doors.

We had a great stay! The apartment was exactly as described and very clean. Mr. Nikos was very friendly and willing to help. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend the home to anyone visiting the area.

GREAT HOUSE AND GREAT HUMANITY THAT WILL DEFINITELY REVISIT THE HOUSE IS FANTASTIC AND YOU REALLY FEEL BECAUSE OF THE VERY THOUGHTFUL AND BEAUTIFUL DECOR THAT YOU ARE IN YOUR HOME. THE LOCATION IS IN A VERY GOOD SPOT. THE SPACE WAS VERY CLEAN AND WITH ALL THE AMENITIES THAT AWAIT ON A TRIP. THE OWNER AND THE SPACE HAVE A FANTASTIC ENERGY THAT MAKES YOU FEEL GREAT.

The stay in this apartment went very well. We had all the information we needed at the right time as well as recommendations of things to do. Very responsive hosts, great and fast communication. We felt very welcome! The apartment is as described and very clean, metro station 5 min walk from the apartment to reach the center (very convenient), supermarket across the street and local shops. We recommend it without hesitation!

I highly recommend Kostas's apartment . Kostas was answering quickly, the pool is great, not to far from the city. I will come back for sure.

The house was super clean I highly recommend that the rooms should spotless the space spotless the bathroom all Mr. Michalis was very kind and hospitable to us and made us feel at home his phone was 24-7 open for what we wanted that counts a lot and the house was much better than the photos
