An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

The residence "Ai Celtis" is an elegant Nineteenth cottage in local original stone, carefully restored and furnished with every modern confort, surrounded by a big flower garden and mature trees. Casa Finetti è una struttura rustica con solaio, pavimento della camera in legno e muri in pietra. Dal piano terra si sale alla camera da letto tramite una scala a chiocciola. La casa è disposta su un piano terra e primo piano, entrambi di 18 metri quadrati. È una casetta semplice, senza il massimo dei confort, ma ha l'indispensabile per una mini vacanza. Casa Finetti non è adatta a chi si aspetta di trovare il lusso. Casa Finetti è adatta agli amanti della natura e delle cose semplici.

The apartment has its own unique style, colorful and cozy, like Venice itself :-). The place is ideal for a couple or two friends. It can also fit for a family with a child. If you come alone, ask for a special price! It is located in the most beautiful area of Venice - Mestre, Carpenedo. It takes 26 minutes by a direct tram to get to the downtown Venice from here. There is a typical Venetian mask of the sun embracing the moon in the bedroom, that´s why we called the place Sun&Moon. :)
