Les pièces sont claires, exposées est et sud et on dispose d'un local fermé pour les voyageurs à vélo. En campagne, proche des axes Rennes-Lorient et Vannes-St Brieuc sans en subir les désagréments, à 15 mn du domaine de Kerguehennec (Centre d'art contemporain et parc remarquable), à 40 mn du golfe du Morbihan, à 15 mn du parc d'attraction de Kingoland.

30 m² studio in our house, redone in 2022. For 3 or 4 people. 1 bed 140 x 190 + 1 sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, an equipped kitchen. Linens and towels are provided. Free parking. Folding stroller, baby bed and high chair on loan on request. 5 minutes' drive to the center of Baud and the 4-lane highway. 10 minutes' drive to Clos du Grand Val. You have part of the terrace with a table for outdoor dining and access to the garden.

Our accommodation is ideal for couples, business travelers, and good for big groups. Large enclosed outdoor area: (+garden furniture, deckchair and barbecue). Many sports activities are possible nearby (hiking, horseback riding, tennis, cycling on the towpath along the canal from Nantes to Brest ...). Our accommodation is close to the beach (about 1 hour) and different activities suitable for families (amusement parks, tree climbs...)

Wood is available for the logburner at additional cost.

A patio for smokers and non-smokers, cosy interior, bright. For people sensitive to noise, I do not recommend, the property is located in town on a busy street.

Orangery near the sea

The house, located on a 1.1 hectare property, is located 1.5 km from the nearest beach, 2.5 km from a nautical base and village of Baden with its shops, golf and riding center. The pier for Île-aux-Moines is very close and new hiking or biking nearby.
