In a neighbourhood vibrant of shops and restaurants, it is 2 minutes on foot from the Metro, from which all Paris must-sees are within a 13-30 minute range.

The apartment is located in the heart of Évry, less than 400 meters from the train (RER D) and 600 meters from the Evry 2 shopping center. In accordance with French regulations and co-ownership regulations, heating is only available from October 15 to April 30. Its opening and closing are managed collectively by the condominium. The minimum temperature guaranteed in the accommodation is 19°C during this period. Outside of these dates, the heating is not activated. Welcome :)
