The location is very central in Gelsenkirchen, so you can reach your destinations in no time, including the Veltins Arena with public transport in under 30 min or the city center on foot in 5 min. Enjoy the stunning view over the Ruhr area or explore the adjacent park. If you arrive by car, parking in the nearby surroundings is free. I look forward to your visit!

Charming and cosy 52 m² apartment in an old building with high ceilings in the heart of the Ruhr area. The building dates from 1907 and was modernised from 2012 onwards. Ideal for concerts, events, culture and a relaxing stay. Thanks to the central location, you can quickly reach the Veltins Arena, the Gelsenkirchen Amphitheatre and the UNESCO World Heritage Site Zeche Zollverein in Essen. Essen, Bochum and Dortmund are easily accessible. You can find free parking in the side streets.

Our spacious and light-flooded apartment offers the perfect starting point for the Veltins Arena (3.2 km) and the ZOOM adventure world (1.8 km). A place to relax after an eventful day or an exciting evening. An extra-wide box-spring bed (180 × 200) and a Ligne Roset Multy sofa bed (160 × 200) give everything for a relaxing night's sleep. The free parking space for two cars and right in front of the entrance door makes it easier to arrive without stress.

In addition, you have the entire 2nd floor to yourself, so you can enjoy privacy. The room is on the top floor (3rd floor) and can be reached via the shared stairwell. Wi-Fi and Netflix complete the offer.
