The vacation home was completed in 2018. It is located on a farm in the northernmost part of Gelsenkirchen. All attractions, such as Movie Park, Zoom Adventure World, Arena Auf Schalke, Alpine Center Bottrop, Atlantis Dorsten and many more can be reached quickly. Bakers, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and doctors are within walking distance. Around our farm you will find grain, corn, potato fields and horse meadows where you can walk, or you can enjoy the tranquility on our terrace and relax.

Welcome to my caringly & modernisticly furnished apartment in Gelsenkirchen in which up to 2 people can spend a comfortable stay. The location is very central in Gelsenkirchen, so you can reach your destinations in no time, including the Veltins Arena with public transport in under 30 min or the city center on foot in 5 min. Enjoy the stunning view over the Ruhr area or explore the adjacent park. If you arrive by car, parking in the nearby surroundings is free. I look forward to your visit!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Not far from Berge Castle and Veltins Arena, you can look out the living room window into the well-kept garden green. Located just a 15-minute walk from the golf course, you have good connections to the A2 and to the two city centers of Altstadt and Buer. Diagonally across the street you will find a bakery with a café. Within walking distance you have a supermarket, a good Italian restaurant, a Greek snack bar and bus/train stops.

In addition, you have the entire 2nd floor to yourself, so you can enjoy privacy. The room is located in the attic (2nd floor) and can be reached via the shared stairwell. Wi-Fi and Netflix complete the offer.

Large, quiet, tasteful: the two-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of our beautiful town villa in green Gelsenkirchen-Buer between forest and center. The arena is 2 km away, and the city of Buer with many restaurants, shopping, cinema, museum is within 1 km walking distance. The location of the apartment is ideal for excursions and bike tours throughout the Ruhr area and into the Münsterland.

From this charming little place to stay, it is not far to the shops of the suburban district or to the Ruhr University Bochum. Fast bus to the city center, bus to RUB.
