Vacation home in Gelsenkirchen on a farm

The vacation home was completed in 2018. It is located on a farm in the northernmost part of Gelsenkirchen. All attractions, such as Movie Park, Zoom Adventure World, Arena Auf Schalke, Alpine Center Bottrop, Atlantis Dorsten and many more can be reached quickly. Bakers, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and doctors are within walking distance. Around our farm you will find grain, corn, potato fields and horse meadows where you can walk, or you can enjoy the tranquility on our terrace and relax.

Welcome to my caringly & modernisticly furnished apartment in Gelsenkirchen in which up to 2 people can spend a comfortable stay. The location is very central in Gelsenkirchen, so you can reach your destinations in no time, including the Veltins Arena with public transport in under 30 min or the city center on foot in 5 min. Enjoy the stunning view over the Ruhr area or explore the adjacent park. If you arrive by car, parking in the nearby surroundings is free. I look forward to your visit!

It is a loft room with a size of 46 sqm,a box spring bed(1.80 x 2.00 m) as well as a bathroom en suite & air conditioning for hot days. In addition, you have the entire 2nd floor to yourself, so you can enjoy privacy. The room is located in the attic (2nd floor) and can be reached via the shared stairwell. Wi-Fi and Netflix complete the offer.

Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der ruhigen Lage und der perfekten Anbindung. Die Autobahnen A 2 - A 42 - A 52 und A 2 sind nah und einfach zu erreichen, sowie den guten Verbindungen mit dem ÖPNV Linie 302 . Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare geeignet. Genieße ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment in fußläufiger Nähe zu Altstadt und Festspielhaus. Die Autobahnanbindung an die A43 befindet sich in der Nähe und Ausflüge in die Natur sind auch fußläufig möglich, da Recklinghausen direkt an das Münsterland mit seinen Bauernhöfen grenzt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in bevorzugter Wohnlage in Recklinghausen in einer ruhigen Straße mit ausreichend Parkplätzen.
