Great rental, felt really comfortable. The apartment has everything you would need and super accessible to restaurants and transportation.

the place was just as described and the photos show it all. it's in a building that's on a busy corner but the traffic wasn't a bother while we were there. it was a quiet pleasant stay and we will stay again when we're in the area for sure! Maribel was an amazing host, responsive and helpful! we appreciate you!

While we only stayed one night, we liked this apartment very much. Its newly updated and clean. The furniture, and especially the beds were new and comfortable. (The shower was great!!) We were very well rested in the moring before embarking on our trip into Manhattan.

Self-check-in with code received via the app, so unfortunately I never met Dina. Unit was absolutely immaculate, with plenty of clean towels and linens, coffee, tea, and video games! There were also several TV networks/apps available. In addition, there is a nice walking trail in the nearby park, only two doors down at the dead-end of this block. Great location near parks and thriving downtown with pubs and restaurants!

I booked this place for a weekend trip for a group of 6 friends. We really loved how spacious the apartment was - the 3 beds, and 3 full baths were perfect. The living room and kitchen were so open, fully stocked, and we loved the natural light and high ceilings. The location of the apartment was great for walking to Chinatown and Old City. Yoseph was a wonderful host as he was super responsive to questions and checking in during our stay. Check-in and check-out were both super easy. All in all, would highly recommend staying here!

We had a slight issue on gaining access to the property with the code on day 1 but Issa ensured this was sorted for us and even left a lovely bakery gift as way of apology which was very kind! A lovely apartment within a great location. Loved it! Thank you.

I enjoyed my stay while there. It was the relaxation I needed while doing errands for my grandmother as an out-of-state caregiver to her. James place gave me the much needed peace I needed for self-care. I’ll be back to stay again with my fiancé.

Kayla’s place is perfect for business or visiting the area close to go in any direction. It’s clean and has the feeling of being at home with a full kitchen with everything you need as well as a new washer and dryer. Kayla is responsive do anytime you reach out. Ivy's place is on a quiet street within easy walking distance of Drexel and UPenn. She was a gracious host and very quick to respond to our inquiries. The house itself was immaculate and very comfortable. We enjoyed time sitting in the beautiful garden in the backyard too. We hope to stay again!

We loved our extended stay here. Bare bones house but exactly what was pictured. The shower in the en-suite is fantastic. I would only change the window treatments in the main bedroom they are too small to actually block the sun. Also the pool table is not full size and there are no tables to put drinks on etc. bring your own mugs too. All in all we had a good time and would stay here again. Thank you!

Lauryn was kind to have the place ready on short notice that was clean and presentable. I was very happy with the location as it was safe and shopping was nearby. Will rent again.

Our family came into town due to an unfortunate event. But the stay at this home was all we needed and more. I highly recommend this home. Not only is it clean but has many additional necessary features that makes it feel like home away from home. The price is well worth it!

The condo is very cozy, quiet and well stocked. The location is convenient. The hosts were super welcoming, friendly and easy to communicate with.

I stayed here for a week this winter. The place is the perfect size for two or three people to share and the deck is beautiful. I will be back.

Great place to stay when visiting Philly!

I love the aesthetics throughout the property. I was already familiar with the area and it was conveniently close to everything that I needed to do. I really enjoyed the kitchen set up and the yard. The beds were super comfy. It took me a little minute to figure out how to work one of the showers however, it was definitely amazing. A friend of mine recommended this location to me (they should offer her a discount lol) and I would definitely stay again.

Great location with coffee shops, restaurants and stores nearby. Plenty of street parking and easy access to other neighborhoods in Philadelphia. Kristen is a great host and responded to questions right away. My husband and I were in Philadelphia for my son’s birthday, would stay at Kristen’s place on a future visit.

Great place on the shore! super clean, easy to park can't beat the location from being steps away from the beach, and right near town, Zachary's place is awesome!

I was in Philadelphia for a conference, and brought my husband and kids. We arrived on a late flight and check-in was smooth with the door code that Lee had provided ahead of time. Lee's apartment was super clean, beautifully decorated, and in an excellent location with grocery store and subway just a few blocks away. Plenty of space for the 4 of us, and being there with young kids it was great to have a full kitchen with everything we needed. We always treat Airbnb's with respect, leave things in their place and and don't leave surfaces dirty, but I appreciated that there were no special cleaning chores at check-out. The co-host reached out to me about a forgotten item, and arranged to have my friend pick it up. Communication was excellent throughout, and I would definitely stay here again next time we are in Philly!
