Holiday rentals with a sauna in Extertal

The apartment is very quiet and somewhat secluded on a huge parking property. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. The apartment was very clean and is equipped according to the description and pictures. Clemens was almost always available as a host and responded promptly and very helpful to every question. We had rented the apartment during Hannover Messe. The apartment is about 40 minutes away by car from the trade fair.

Very nice accommodation in a fantastic location to treat yourself to a small quiet break - everything clean, very good accessibility of the host, clear instructions and plenty of shopping nearby.

This is a small apartment. I would have preferred a dining table. But it doesn't fit in that way. But I also got along so well. So everything was fine and despite the high-rise no noise without Asis. Also the infrastructure of the house was fine and clean.

cozy home for 8 people. right next to the host's own house. Great sauna and ice pool. whirlpool did not disappoint!

Bart was very vigilant that he was comfortable, and very willing to help with my questions and requests. The apartment is in a very quiet and secluded residential area. The services that can be found in the apartment fit those in the description. The apartment is in good condition and clean.

Everything was ok and we had a perfect accommodation there. We could be as loud as we wanted and was no problem. is recommended !

Clean and tidy, good location, good for what we wanted for a couple of days with our dog. Nicole's role as House Manager locally was very helpful.

My wife, our dog and I spontaneously spent two nights on site and were very happy with our stay overall. Particularly pleasant was the use of the sauna, which contributed to the recreation. Overall, we can definitely recommend the place if you are looking for a short break to relax. The only downside was the parking situation: There is no private parking space available directly on site, so you have to look for a free parking space in the area.

What a great stay, Natalia is an incredibly helpful and attentive hostess who went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed, always with a friendly smile. The apartment was exactly as we imagined it - tastefully decorated, large and clean - you arrive and feel comfortable. The surroundings were ideal for our cycling holidays. Weserradweg, Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial, Water Road Cross Minden, Minden, Petershagen, ... All in all a great vacation, we will be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment with 4 people and dog. The apartment was very clean. Ms. Hase was very eager and helpful as a manager when checking in. We particularly enjoyed the great breakfast, which can be ordered to the apartment. It may be good to know that you can lower a blind on the balcony to achieve optimal blackout at night.

We had a very nice time with 7 people in Mona's apartment. The apartment is very spacious and generous. You have enough space to get together, but if you want, you can also retreat. Communication with Mona was very friendly and straightforward. We lacked nothing!

The kitchen was super equipped. Changing table, high chair and travel cot were available for the young children. The bunk bed is in the children's room and is less suitable for large adults. However, there are also houses with normal beds instead of the bunk beds, which we did not know before.

We stayed 8 nights in Pavel's cottage"Vita", were lovingly received, everything was clean and very comfortable. We got along wonderfully with the heating. We were often hiking small laps (1.5 hours), enjoyed the sun in the garden and the sauna in the evening, but especially the view from the sofa into the countryside. We did a lot of games with the big kids and cooked well in the kitchen. We were grateful for the clean sofa pillows and the wool blanket. I'm sure we'll be back. Overall, it's a place and service that we can really recommend. We had rented the whole house for 4 nights. The furnishings are great and everything corresponded to the description. The house was in an absolutely clean and welcoming condition upon handover. Everything worked and there was basically nothing to complain about. Communication and key exchange was absolutely slim and fast. A few questions about the area and restaurants were answered within a few hours. From us there is a clear recommendation for the house and 5/5 stars :-).
