Le Mas des Sens - Charming gîte -

Le Mas des Sens is a 60 m² gîte, surrounded by nature, just 2 km from the centre of the village of Eymoutiers and 15 minutes from the lake and the island of Vassivière. Spread over two levels, it includes a kitchen area, a cosy living room, two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. The cottage is attached to our house, with no neighbours overlooking, and designed to ensure everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and garden facing the natural surroundings.

Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Come and stay in this family home, completely renovated and equipped this year, 10 minutes from Uzerche, in a village with a grocery store/bar. The house is located in a cul-de-sac, tranquility assured. You can stroll in the surrounding paths and enjoy the quiet. You will have at your disposal a large garden for lunch, rest, play. The house contains many games for children as well as board games and books.

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
