Monthly Rentals in Eyre

Solas is a beautiful house in a spectacular location. We loved spending time at the house and were very comfortable there, and taking walks by the tidal loch. It is extremely quiet but also 10 mins from a big grocery store and a perfect location from which to explore the Isle of Skye. We would stay there again in a heartbeat and the only thing we would do differently is stay for longer.

Amazing place! It was great stay. We had nice and peaceful vacation in this place. I want to highlight the detailed instructions for each and every utility in this house. It was very helpful. Thank you to our host for the opportunity to recharge in that nice house.

Our 3 day's stay at the hut was wonderful! The quiet, the nature, the animals, Maggi& her husband were balm for the soul :) the hut was very comfortable& clean and is made with unbelievable love for details! We will be back, C&Z

The Shepherd’s Hut is just like the photos! Such a quirky, cosy place to settle in after a big day of walking many of the beautiful tracks Skye has to offer. Away from the hustle and bustle but not too far of a drive to all the activities. The hot tub was so nice for the body after all the exercise and we got pretty good at lighting fires to keep us warm during the day/through the night! Helen, the host, is so lovely. She left us homemade white chocolate fudge and was super understanding when I messed up our check out date. Communicating with her was so easy and she seems like a very kind person. Scotland is a long way from Australia but we would definitely come back to this hut if we have the chance again.
