The house is located in the highest area of Fai della Paganella, an enchanting mountain resort in the heart of Trentino. The house is located in a quiet, sunny setting surrounded by greenery. Fai della Paganella is the ideal starting point for those who love the mountains in every season. In winter, a few meters from the apartment, there is the ski bus stop that will allow you to reach the Paganella Ski Area. In summer, the village offers beautiful walks and mountain bike trails.

The village is immersed in nature very close to wonderful lakes, mountains and cities. Here you can relax on the terrace, enjoy the bbq and the large colourful garden. The large open spaces guarantee wonderful views of the mountains and a cool climate even in summer, as the valley is extraordinarily windy.

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day
