The guestroom room has a separate entrance located off a covered, back porch with a small table and chairs for summer use. There is adjustable heat and cool air from the wall mounted air-source, heat pump. The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal (toaster oven, single induction “hot” plate, water heater) We live in a historic building. Our neighborhood is very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe are nearby too with skiing, hiking and biking.

On 14 acres with a brook, it’s a short walk down a dirt road to a historic covered bridge and town common. Fall colors are breathtaking when taken in from the barn deck, while Spring and Summer visitors enjoy free concerts on the town green on Sundays. Spectacular sunsets and hot air balloons are familiar sights. It doesn’t get much more Vermonty. *Note: No Cleaning Fee!

With a bedroom (double bed + single inflatable mattress), a living room with smart TV without cable for your subscriptions (Netflix…), a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom/shower and a dining room. There is double parking. It's a modest house near the neighbors and the noisy road.
