You have access to a private beach a block away or the town beach less than a mile away. Nearby is a shell fishing area, and marina with a restaurant right up the road. We are a short drive to the ferry where you can catch the boat to Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard, and even Block Island.

Enjoy a piece of history at this carriage house! Jonathan Bourne owned a mansion along with this home, and his son purchased a whaler, Lagoda, in 1841. You’ll love my place because it is a quaint New England seaside cottage with nooks and gardens, super cozy and known locally as the Thimble Cottage. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) and Tabor Academy visitors.
