Townhouse 750m from the beach

This is a 110m2 townhouse situated 750m from the famous beach Skrea Strand, and 800m from the citycenter of Falkenberg. The house is built in 1958 and has 3 floors, with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, livingroom, diningroom, bathroom (original from 1958), guesttoilet (original from 1958) and small garden. 2 bedrooms on the top floor and 1 bedroom in the basement. Our favourite spot in the house is the terrass in the back. with a roof and possible to turn on heat. All guests should be 25years or order.

Två badrum med dusch respektive badkar. 2 parkeringsplatser för bil tillhör huset. 1 plats i garage + 1 på uppfart framför garage. Huset ligger på promenadavstånd, ca 1,5 km från Falkenbergs järnvägsstation och ca 2 km från Falkenberg centrum via en trevlig promenad längs Ätran & Vallarna.

Parhuset ligger i populära Frennarp med Bullerby-känsla! Här bor du med din familj eller vänner nära stan, shopping och strand. Huset har en mindre trädgård med ett perfekt söderläge för att njuta av solen. Granne med grönområden som bjuder på lekplatser, fotbollsmöjligheter och promenader. Huset består av två plan med tre sovrum och badrum på ovanvåningen. Entréplan har kök, badrum, vardagsrum och uterum. Lämpar sig bäst för barnfamilj eller det lugnare sällskapet.

Perfect family house near beach and city center

Perfect family house near beach and city center. Our house is located just 15 min walk from the beach and 5 min drive to city center. The area is very safe with children families and several large playgrounds for children close by. A large grocery store is located just a couple of minutes away by foot and there are two restaurants on the other side of the street from the house.

Här är det nära till allt- havet, klipporna, sandstranden och city. 10 min promenad till bra restauranger såsom Johns Place, Surf Saloon, Olle's, Brittas och Kusthotellet i Apelviken samt Societen och Nami mitt i stan.
