Here, you are treated to a fantastic view from the back of the house, where you are often treated to beautiful sunsets and sunshine all day. It is about 3 km from the centre, 7 km to beautiful beaches, close to forests and nature, and 10 minutes to the shopping centre. Guests bring their own sheets/towels, or I can provide them for an extra SEK 50 per person per stay. The house is cleaned by guests before departure, or alternatively for an extra cost of SEK 750. The house is a stone's throw from the E6 = easy to get here and go on an outing. Västra stranden is 4 km from the door, and there are plenty of playgrounds, walking paths and outdoor activities right nearby. The house offers 5 beds, but there is the option of having 2 mattresses on the floor if needed. This is done in consultation with the landlord.

The area is very safe with children families and several large playgrounds for children close by. A large grocery store is located just a couple of minutes away by foot and there are two restaurants on the other side of the street from the house.
