Simplifiez-vous la vie dans ce logement paisible et à proximité du centre ville d'Agen en 10min à pied en empruntant la passerelle et à 5min du pont canal. Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.

Bedroom/living room composed of a 140 x 200 bed, a dining table and a 43-inch 4K Android TV with all channels (C+, RMC sport, Beinsport... Movies + series). A bathroom with shower, washing machine, vanity unit and toilet. A small terrace/pergola at the entrance to the accommodation with garden furniture. Electric roller shutters, heating/air conditioning.

In the town of Fals (47), located 10 minutes from Agen/Boé and the Golfech power station, this 2-bedroom independent accommodation will seduce you. Completely renovated, you will have an outdoor area with private spa, barbecue. Upon arrival the beds will already be made, as well as the provision of towels, two bathrobes for the spa. Golf, cycling, walking are at your door for the most active. We live right next door while being independent without any neighbors.

Nous vivons entourés de plusieurs hectares de forêt (sapins et chênes). Nous sommes idéalement placés : à 5 minutes du péage de l'A62 et à 3 kilomètres de notre magnifique village d'Auvillar que nous invitons à découvrir ! Toulouse (45 mn) et Bordeaux (1H15), 7 km de la Centrale de Golfech.

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.
