We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect for a weekend of hikes in the Brecon Beacons! About 15 minutes drive to Pen Y Fan (Cwm Gwdi Car Park). Easy to park, easy to find. Brecon town was only 10/15 minute away with a choice of chippies and shops. The house was super clean, very cosy and we felt comfortable in the house. A huge bonus of having butter, condiments, fresh bread and milk in the house when we checked in. They had books and walking maps / guides which was again super useful for us. I would recommend anyone to stay here, beds were super comfortable and I will stay here again when I next come back for some hikes. Perfect place to stay!

We have just returned from a lovely stay at the Stable Loft - really spacious, but cosy, homely accommodation for two people (and a dog!), really welcoming & well equipped. In a fantastic location & lots of options for lovely walks at all levels. My husband visited Bike Park Wales on two days. Antony, our host, was very friendly & helpful with lots of suggestions for walks, etc. Would not hesitate to return & wholeheartedly recommend.

Helen was the most amazing host I’ve ever had. She was so kind, left us milk and an amazing cake! She was kind enough to drive us to and from the bus stop (the place is a bit of a walk if you don’t drive). She really went above and beyond. The cottage itself was cosy and comfortable with heating, a fan, washing-up bits, toiletries, tea, coffee and sugar provided and more. The bed is comfortable, neighbours are quiet and couldn’t ask for anything else. The surrounding area is beautiful stretches of farmland and a short walk from the Brecon Beacons national trust (a great place for a walk/hike). Farming families in the surrounding area are also kind and friendly. Overall, my partner and I really enjoyed our stay. Helen was amazing, the cottage was perfect and we had a lovely weekend!
