The kitchen features metal cabinets with double drain board sink and decorative finish. The vintage Hotpoint stove with soup well adds charm. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The house is a mile south of downtown Sherman and within walking distance of 903 Brewers. The stately homes of Heritage Row are just a few blocks away.
