A tre km da San Felice Circeo ed a due km da Terracina vi attende Villa Leo. La Villa si trova a 30 metri dal mare, accessibile tramite ingresso privato, in un complesso residenziale, lontano dal caos e dalla confusione. La Villa è composta da due camere da letto, di cui una con letto matrimoniale ed una con due letti singoli, un salone con divano letto, una cucina in legno, un bagno ed un giardino esterno con portico in legno, dove troverete un angolo dotato di sdraio e divanetti per immergervi in un completo relax. Parcheggio interno per due auto, doccia e lavanderia esterne. Servizi come ristorante, supermercato, macelleria, frutteria ecc... sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi, circa 200 metri. Tramite la spiaggia potrete facilmente raggiungere il campeggio che dista soltanto 100 metri, dove troverete animazione e musica per tutta la famiglia. L'ampia spiaggia vi garantirà riservatezza e tranquillità nelle splendide acque cristalline del Circeo. Inoltre a soli 10 minuti di auto, troverete i porti di Terracina e di San Felice per raggiungere facilmente le isole pontine. Villa Leo attende voi ed anche i vostri amici a 4 zampe.

It's a perfect and cheaper alternative for your tourist trip or business assignment. Ostia offers you a beautiful pine forest, a great touristic seaport, lots of entertainment and archeological site of Ostia Antica, that includes a necropolis, rest of an harbor -Porto- and Roman theater. You can reach the center of Rome by train from Centrale Lido di Ostia (5 minutes by walk) to Piramide-Porta San Paolo station in 30 minutes ride. There you have any connection with busses, metro B-line, tram (5 minutes from FAO offices). You can reach Pomezia, which offers you a great shopping outlet, 30 minutes by the panoramic sea street.

My place is near downtown Le Forna where you can find shops of any kind, bars, restaurants,a pharmacy dispensary, post office Only about 10 minutes from the three most beautiful coves (Piscine Naturali, Cala Dell 'Water, Caletta) and all within walking distance, not far from Cala Feola beach and rocky but actionable Cala Fonte. NB: at the moment Cala Fonte is closed due to the collapse of a rock wall! However, visible from the sea to a 50-meter district from the coast to admire it!!

The house is a portion of villa overlooking the sea and the bathing establishment La Bussola. With private parking, you can access the garden of the house through an independent gate. The house consists of a garden equipped with a sofa area, dining area and outdoor stove. Internally living room with sofa beds, full kitchen, one double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds. Area with hot shower and laundry room. Air conditioning, fans and mosquito nets in all rooms.

Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.
