O Estúdio de Duda tem decoração moderna aconchegante localizada no Corredor Cultural (no Corredor da Vitória), um dos principais pontos culturais da cidade de Salvador, com Museus, Galeria de Arte, Cinema, ICBA Supermercados, Bancos, Farmácias e Baianas de Acarajé!! É um bairro seguro e bastante policiado. O apartamento NÃO tem vista-mar, mas o prédio (hall-piscina) tem uma vista panorâmica para a Bahia de Todos os Santos. É o bairro em que mora Ivete Sangalo!!!
