Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Fauquier County

3 Nights was not enough for our 7 member family. We cooked, grilled, soaked in the hot and best of all had a delightful tour of Barbara's and Mike's Sheep Farm, all fit in around wedding events in Rixeyville. If life wouldn't have been in the way, 2 more days enjoying the massive deck and game room downstairs would have been perfection.

The house is Very private and secluded. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. It was a short 15 minute drive to downtown warrenton which was full of great restaurants and fun shops.

Quiet place to stay close to Culpeper but not in the town. Easy to get downtown. Very nicely decorated.

The home was beautiful and very welcoming! The hosts thought of every detail to ensure that our stay was comfortable for our group. It was a great place to seek peaceful time away. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this property and likely any home that they host on Airbnb! Thank you!!

The house was perfect for our family Middleburg weekend stay. It was clean, cozy, well stocked, and centrally located. The tavern across the street was so convenient and added a local feel. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Connie's Rock Cottage was amazing! much thought was put into this cottage. Firewood and fire starter for the wood stove on chilly nights, robes we used for getting to and from the private hot tub just steps outside the back door,map of entire 550 acres of land including the wonderful paved walkway which meanders through the property. This was the mosr exceptionally prepared kitchen we have seen in out travels. Tons of utensils, a full set of potsand pans, dish towels, trivets, cutting boards and cooking sheets! We love to cook together when we travel and this kitchen was big enough for 2! We got some amazing pictures all over the farm. The lack of light pollution allowed us to enjoy the stars and Pink Full Moon in all their glory! We will be back to enjoy this cottage again!

Was here for a short time but we are already looking to rebook in the next month or so! Super comfortable and peaceful!

Lanes Hilltop Hideaway was the perfect place for our family when we needed a private and restful place to be together. It’s a very clean and spacious home that was beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our time together.

Peaceful, the horse's were beautiful to look at everyday, it hasa relaxing feel and I worked third shift at the hospital and no complaints at all.

Accommodations are definitely worth the cost. Apt is clean with many amenities. Great location for getting around Culpeper Co. Restaurants and supplies are close by. You’ll find this space much more like home than staying in a motel. Host is very responsive and helped with practical needs.

Fantastic! Very clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay there again! Secluded and quiet. Be aware that the very last bit of the road is gravel, so watch out with very low clearance sports cars.

Perfect place to stay for my 2 daughters and myself while visiting Foxcroft School in Middleburg. We really enjoyed how close the apartment was to downtown restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is brand new, smells fresh, very quiet with lovely views out every window. Both mattresses were wonderfully comfortable. I appreciated the blackout drapes in the twin room. The climate control was perfect (and I’m an HVAC snob so a good judge of quality). There is a shared greenhouse space, which we didn’t utilize, as we didn’t want to disturb the occupants of the main house. Would stay here again without question!

This is a great place to stay! The place was quite, lot of parking, decent size kitchen and utensils and has washer and dryer. Brie’s instructions were spot on and we had no difficulty in locating this place . The bed and sofas were comfortable and internet speed was good. The shops are less than 4 miles ( 15 mins commute at the max) . Will Certainly come back again

Cozy, comfortable, everything you need and nothing you don't. The interior stone walls were especially lovely, as was the patio outside. Great place all around and very convenient to Main Street. William was a great host!

Cesar's place is wonderful! The room is very comfy and for a great price, I would gladly stay again.
