The house is functional and contains everything you need. There is an entrance, a connected kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove, a bedroom and a bathroom. In addition, there is a beautiful outdoor shower with hot water, about 10 meters from the front door. Here you can swim most of the year while enjoying the elements of nature at the same time. The area is scenic with beautiful hiking and biking routes.

Easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in Næstved. Less than 1 km to the city center and station. 300 meters to Næstved Arena, stadium and gymnasium. Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, kitchen, private bathroom, bedroom in the basement with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for people with walking difficulties or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. There's a little dog at the address, but not in the annex. Lejligheden har lige hvad man har brug for, for et ophold i København. Der er nem tilgang til seværdigheder, vand, Amager fælled og shopping. Der er få meter ned til en badetur i havnen og få meter til et bustoppested. Det er nemt og hurtigt at tage metroen fra lufthavnen til lejligheden. Og kun ca tyve min gå gang til centrum af København.
