Our family country house is located in the quiet of a small hamlet in the middle of the fields. In fine weather, enjoy the heated pool (accessible from early May to late September). In the fall and winter, come and warm up by the fireplace. A good starting point to visit the Perche Regional Park and why not spend a day in Cabourg. Information: The rates displayed take into account the fall/winter (swimming pool closed) and spring/summer (swimming pool open) periods.

Eco-friendly duplex in the heart of Perche

⚠️ Before booking, please note that the accommodation is equipped with a DRY TOILET ⚠️ In addition, access to the room is via a fairly steep miller's ladder (see photo). In the heart of Perche, close to all shops, close to Mortagne au Perche and Mêle sur Sarthe, this duplex will combine functionality and calm of the countryside. A few steps from the greenway, this studio is ideal for stopping during a hike, bike ride or horseback ride.

Nice little Manor surrounded by a hectare of land, in a green and quiet environment. The living area is just over 150 m2. It is a warm house that will give you the opportunity to spend a pleasant time with family or friends. Located two hours from Paris, 20 minutes from Haras du Pin, 30 minutes from Gare de L'Aigle and 15 km from Mêle sur Sarthe.

Peaceful cottage "La Trèfletière"

The accommodation consists of two parts separated by 5 m from each other; a 16 m2 private bedroom cottage equipped with a double bed and a raised single bed on one side and a 17 m2 building adjoining our house in which there is a bathroom and a private kitchen/dining area as well. All of which makes up a complete independent accommodation.
