It is located just 100 metres from the beach and 200 metres from the centre of Fažana, where numerous events, festivals and concerts are held during the summer. The apartment was renovated in 2026 to provide guests with an even more comfortable stay.

Our new vacation home Una is waiting for you! It offers you lots of peace and relaxation on 120 m² of barrier-free living space with a private pool of over 53 m² in size. There are three bedrooms including bed linen, two with double beds and one with a bathroom and one with two single beds. In total there are two bathrooms including towels, bathroom one with massage bathtub and each with shower. We are happy to provide a high chair and travel cot, of course free of charge.

Arena & Seaview Luxury Residence

Located just next to the Arena with the only representative balcony overlooking the Arena and the performances and concerts inside it, this stunning luxury residence also has a full sea view with beautiful sunsets over the whole Pula bay. Enjoy the view of the Arena while sipping a glass of champagne on the balcony or from the windows watching the concerts, operas and other events inside the Arena. All rooms provide either a magnificent view of the Arena or full sea view.

Laguna Blue is located in a peaceful location, just 800 meters from the sea. A house surrounded by pine trees and paths that you can enjoy a walk and bike ride. If you want to explore something more vibrant, you can walk down to the center, where a lot of beach bars , restaurants and events are waiting for you.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
