Highly recommend this place. Stayed with my young daughter and always felt safe.

the host is very friendly and the place is private and quite, suitable for stay, but not suitable for cooking, no cover for a single small pan.

This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway! It's so quiet and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful trees. There are also nice hiking trails nearby! The hosts were super friendly. I was greeted when I got to their property, and they were quick to respond to any questions I had. The cabin was so quaint and comfortable! I recommend this place if you want a quiet getaway!

Brenda and Monty were amazing hosts. They were friendly and welcoming. The neighborhood was safe. We were there during the holidays and a lot of neighbors put up fun decorations. The unit was quiet and as described. The kitchenette was nicely set up. The internet and cable connections were strong. We stayed for three months. It was a great place to come after work.

Marie is a fantastic host! Probably one of the best hosts I've ever had. Location was easy to find and pictures are accurate. Great location to some of Oroville's historic highlights, such as the Chinese Museum, Lott Home, Feather River Park and the Green Line that takes you to the various areas of interest.

Marie was such an awesome host! Her place was exactly as she described, spotless, and so homey! We honestly cannot wait to stay here again!

Well, we my cat Diamond and I made ourselves home, some more than others… Braveheart was a scurdy cat. I felt like I’ve known Aleta for all my life we just bonded. Don’t let me start on the snacks! Oh, wait can’t forget the smell good candles that burns to ensure the house smells great along with her constant cleaning. She is amazing and the satay was amazing! I would stay again and again.

Inside of home was cute as a button and extremely comfortable, hubby fell in love with the couch. Fireplace was super cozy. Kitchen was great to cook in but bring your own pots & tools if you plan on cooking a lot. There is a pic on listing that shows what’s included in kitchen, it’s accurate. We stayed for 6 days and felt right at home. I cooked most days, I did bring all my own pots & gear but if you plan on basic cooking, you should be fine with what’s provided. Kind mattress was comfortable, queen mattress is firm and bunk beds are somewhere right in the middle of medium firm. Bathrooms are clean and spacious and yard has covered patio & grassy area for dogs which was perfect. Washer & dryer are fast, supplies provided are good. The outside of home needs a little bit of work but not a bid deal & it seems as if she’s working on repairing the small areas of damaged siding. Inside is perfect & super comfortable. Street noise not an issue. Will rent again when visiting new grandson

Sharon is a fantastic host, accommodating to the early check in I requested, and there to answer any questions I had over the course of my stay. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a good trip. Highly recommend staying at her place.

We had such an amazing time for my birthday! The home was so beautiful and cozy. The hot tub was perfect! Super clean and was hot and turned on upon arrival! Which we loved! Super hot water and extra towels and bedding were a plus! We also loved the decor, everything was perfect! The entire experience was relaxing and we felt right at home.

This place is amazing! Tevis and Darien are incredibly hospitable and make you feel right at home. The Shangri La lounge and healing center is both tranquil and fun, perfect for both relaxation and adventure. There are trails full of beautiful scenery. Old Town Auburn is minutes away. Lake Tahoe is a short drive. The interior decor is fun, eclectic and charming- with just the right mix of everything, a slightly safari themed, relaxing retreat center filled with Darien's wonderful artwork. I'd definitely stay again.

5 stars! Justin’s cabin was the perfect getaway! The place was clean, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay unforgettable. The hot tub was a dream after a day of exploring — so relaxing under the stars. The fire pit was a huge hit too; we loved roasting marshmallows and telling stories by the fire. The cabin is stocked with games for kids, which kept everyone entertained and made it feel so family-friendly. It’s tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area, perfect for disconnecting and recharging. Plus, the hot shower was amazing — strong pressure and plenty of hot water, which isn’t always a given in cabin stays. Justin was a fantastic host — responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful. We’re already looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommend!
