We had a lovely stay, apartment as pictured, clean, the host is nice and available. The only downside for the towels and sheets that smelled of wet linens.

The location allows you to walk because it's close to the Palace and the beach. Licia had good tips for our arrival and recommended restaurants. Great stay with the family. Pierre's house is ideally located and wonderfully organized. It is full of charm and comfortable. We were able to enjoy the small garden in the back of the house and have lunch almost every day. We enjoyed the light Normandy flan by Hélie Bruno, the excellent Pont L 'évêque de La Houssaye de la Fromagerie des Bains and the fresh fish on the quays. We'll be happy to go back!

We stayed in Thomas's apartment for a week. Enjoyed the tasteful decor. Very special in such an area as the former Grand Hotel. Within 50m you are with your feet in the sand and the sea. Houlgate has captured our heart with its atmosphere, really French, the shops and restaurants, was a party. Surroundings are also definitely worth a visit. The apartment is lovely to stay in even on a rainy day. We can definitely recommend this.

Great place located in the heart of Cabourg on a street with many restaurants/bakeries and specialties. The studio is super beautiful, renovated, modern and very clean, super nice. I highly recommend, the welcome was warm and efficient.

Very beautiful and large apartment 2 steps from the city center and with a beautiful view of it. The dishwasher is not working well (which may explain not nickel dishes). For the rest, everything was great. On-site parking is very useful but a shame that it is so narrow and that the other poorly parked residents hinder the maneuvers (which are numerous and painful).
