Our stay was absolutely fabulous! We loved every minute in this beautiful home. It’s spacious, comfortable, and the view is simply breathtaking. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. If you’re lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of a herd of deer wandering by — such a magical touch!

Great family week in Whanganui. Our place was amazing, comfortable, great vibe, relaxing, loved the pool and deck with outdoor bath. Wished we could stay longer. Ken and Jess so helpful and responsive, very friendly. Would love to stay there again.

Kelvin was a super host. One day the lockbox jammed. It was no problem as we had access the spare keys but even still, Kelvin immeditaely he replaced it! He also showed us around the amazing property like a real gentleman. Thanks Kelvin. It was peaceful, had everything we needed and is a very special property. I hope we can return in summer to experience the beautiful, naturally plant filtered swimming pool.

myself and grandchildren loved Cecile's place..homely and has everything our lil family needed even the extras of brekky stuff, spreads, bread, milk ..truly appreciated when showing up with X4 young children ..We had a dip in pool abit cool at this time of year but refreshing ..

This place really felt like a home away from home. There was everything we needed. The hot tub and pool were much enjoyed. We were able to have a wonderful gathering with overseas family members and visits from our NZ children, plenty of space. We loved the beach. Simon was very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic whanganui bach! Much nicer in real life than the pictures. We appreciated all the little bits of design, pottery, and books. Lovely garden and outdoor area to have an afternoon drink or a bit of yoga. Can hear the wild beach sounds !

Mark, We all raved about your bach and had a fabulous time. We hired both big and small bach and accommodated all ages from 4 adults, 3 adult kids, 3 teenagers plus 1 dog It was hot and relaxing place to stay. Highly recommend and it had everything we needed.

Our extended family of five stayed here for four nights while renovating a property in Palmerston North. We chose this property as it was close the house we were renovating and close to some great eateries - try The Fat Farmer for dinner and Knead for its delicious pies and bakery items. We’d stay here again if the need arose. Kathy ‘personalised’ the house to suit the children in the family - my granddaughter is now a Winnie the Pooh fan after sleeping under the Pooh duvet, reading Pooh books and playing with Pooh toys.

My friends and I had a lovely, relaxing weekend at Natalie’s place! Natalie was super responsive and helpful, checking in with us and giving us great recommendations. This spot is super convenient to a gorgeous beach and has amazing outdoor areas for a good summer getaway.

Our stay for the last weekend of the school holidays was PERFECT im glad we made the trip to Ōtaki for a family reunion we enjoyed our stay so much we hope to return again the fire made the place so cosy when you could sit around it with the beach in your view there was lots of space, games were a hit for the kids although we didnt spend most of our time soaking up the beautiful surroundings we had a great experiences, it didnt end there waking up and having the beautiful beach right there was an absolute bonus from sunset to sunrise was stunning!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Sam's place, great location with the forest and beach close by. Our kids loved the house and section and such a bonus to be able to bring our dog! Barbara was super friendly and welcoming. Awesome Kiwi Bach vibes .

We had a great stay at this lovely Lockwood for our week in Palmerston North. It is in a lovely location, just a 25 minute walk from town or to the aquatic centre for a swim. The garden around the house is beautiful, and there was plenty of room for the three of us (colleagues) down for Heritage Month. The house has everything needed for a longer stay, and we really appreciated that milk (dairy and oat) were provided. Thanks!

The place is really nice, quiet and we loved the little fireplace - we wanted a place where we can relax and disconnect and that was perfect. It is quite hard in NZ to get a place where dogs are allowed and being able to go on holidays with them was a ++++.

Where to start! Fresh sourdough bread, homemade granola, milk and rosé in the fridge on arrival, soft robes in the cupboard, stunning view - these are just a few of the things that made our experience in Yutori House so memorable. Thank you Stephanie for helping to create lovely memories for myself and my friends in your place - an absolute must! :)

Fiona's place was a great launching pad for our work in the region. Unfortunately, weather packed us in early and she was already booked again the following week but would have been happy to stay again. Home has a lot of character. Comfy soft beds, hot showers, and Wi-Fi is all we needed. And she was great at keeping in touch for things. Lindors were a nice touch!

What an absolutely stunning place. Beautifully located in nature, with a gorgeous little stream flowing through the garden. The house is beautifully designed and fully equipped – everything you might need is there. Truly a fantastic spot. Hosts Scott and George are real superhosts – thoughtful and caring. Thank you for letting us enjoy your little paradise!

This was my second stay at Ohm home, the first time being 5 years ago when I stayed here for 7 days on my own. This time was with my partner and since staying here the first time I’ve always raved about this stay and looked fondly back at the photos I’d taken. As great as the place looks from photos, nothing is as incredible and picturesque as actually being there and wow did it still amaze me being back again. The home itself is amazing, spotlessly clean with all the amenities and some very nice extra touches to make the stay that much nicer. The views and environment there are truly special and unique and I’ve not found any other place to be able to so easily feel at peace and truly switch off and relax. We will definitely be staying here again and I don’t think there will ever be another stay and experience even close to Ohm home. Thank you so much Raquel and Eduard for providing such a special place!

Wonderful place for a family reunion with all the facilities. We cooked at home on 2 nights and we found that the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and oven dishes. Lots of space for all of us (7). Bathrooms were clean and spacious as were the bedrooms. We utilised the BBQ and sunny deck area for breakfasts. Anna was a helpful host who gave clear instructions. Driveway was very steep and there was limited parking apart from the double garage but we successfully negotiated access and exits, testing our 3 point turn skills! 🤣 We would recommend.

Absolutely stunning home. So cozy and comfortable with a backyard. Our two year old loved the space. Will definitely be back here if we are in Whanganui.
