Spacious finca with pool in an idyllic secluded location for 10 people + 2 children. A beautiful garden in peaceful surroundings, several terraces with barbecue area and table tennis for offer the whole family wonderful holiday moments! The pool is particularly suitable for small children thanks to its non-swimmer area. Additional ramps can be installed in the pool area for wheelchair users so that all areas are accessible. The secluded finca can be reached through a gate and parked in the spacious parking lot. Through a courtyard you can reach the entrance hall with staircase. From here you can access the living/dining area and the kitchen. An outdoor bar with a grill, an outdoor shower, and an additional shower room complete the area, nestled in a beautifully landscaped garden. The best way to admire the magnificent view is from an upstream viewing terrace. CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP AT THE END of 2021.
